Welcome to LAKSHYA 2K26. By registering for events and making payments on our platform, you agree to the following legally binding terms. Participation in the event implies full acceptance of these regulations.

Registration Policy

• Participation is exclusively open to college students possessing a valid institutional ID card.
• Students are required to produce their digital registration receipt and physical college ID at the venue entrance.
• For team events, the team leader bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of member data provided during registration.
• The organizing committee retains the right to modify the schedule or cancel events due to force majeure or administrative reasons.

Payment & Security

All financial transactions are processed securely through our authorized partner, PhonePe.

Code of Conduct

Participants must adhere to strict disciplinary standards. Any instance of harassment, vandalism, or violation of campus rules will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the premises without refund.

Information Collection

We collect only the essential data required for event logistics and identity verification:

• Identity: Full Name, College Roll Number.
• Contact: Verified Email Address, Mobile Number.
• Academic: Institution Name, Department, Current Year.
• Transaction: Payment IDs and Status (Financial credentials are never stored by us).

Data Usage & Sharing

• To facilitate event registration and generate unique participant IDs.
• To issue verifiable digital certificates upon completion.
• To communicate critical updates regarding schedules or venue changes.

We strictly do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties. Data is shared with PhonePe solely for payment processing.

Cancellation Terms

Voluntary cancellations by participants are not eligible for refunds. We urge students to confirm their availability prior to payment. However, if an event is cancelled by the LAKSHYA Committee, a 100% refund for that specific event will be issued.

Technical Failures & Double Payments

If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a server error or network timeout:

• The duplicate amount is typically auto-refunded by the banking system within 3-5 working days.
• If the transaction status remains "Pending" for over 30 minutes, please do not re-attempt payment immediately.
